mt-load.cgiにアクセスすると、

Loading initial data into system…
An error occurred while loading data:
Your DataSource directory (‘./db’) does not exist.

と言われる。
ただ、dbフォルダを作るだけで、解決。
で、作ると、次に、

Now that you have run mt-load.cgi,
you will never need to run it again.
You should now delete mt-load.cgi from your webserver.

と出てくる。
多分Linuxだと、自動で消してくれるのだろうけど、
Windowsで試したところ、消してくれなかった。

Failure to delete mt-load.cgi introduces
a MAJOR SECURITY RISK.

と出てくるから。
セキュリティー的に、消せとのこと。
